What causes visible aging?

The primary cause of lines, folds, and wrinkles is collagen loss. During childhood and young adulthood, your face is padded with a thick layer of collagen, which creates the rounded contouring often called a “baby face.” 

As time passes you naturally lose much of that collagen. On its own, your body won’t replace that tissue, and your skin is left to sag and pool into lines, folds, and wrinkles.

The treatment platform relies on cooling technology to keep the surface of your skin at a comfortable temperature. Patients report a warming sensation, and some liken their treatments to a warming massage experience.
