What benefits are included with the membership?

Included with every membership is 24/7 access to Dr. Cornforth as needed, via text, phone call, or email. In order to become a member, you must already be a patient of the practice, so that the practice has your latest medical history and any disclosures on file. You can specify 10, 20, or 30 minute appointment times as needed as either in-office or telehealth, and your appointments are given priority for either same day or the next business day. Depending on the membership option selected, your gynecological care can include:

  • annual well-woman exams
  • infection screenings
  • pregnancy confirmations
  • birth control consultations
  • hormone replacement therapy

Gynecological care also involves the treatment of issues related to:

  • abnormal bleeding
  • pelvic pain
  • the breast or bladder
  • pelvic ultrasounds
  • colposcopies (for abnormal pap smears)
  • uterine biposies for cancer testing
  • or skin tag and wart removals.

You can opt for a membership that includes the desired level of gynecological care with a $1500 or $3000 medspa credit or just the gynecological care or medspa benefits separately. The medspa credit can be applied to all of the medspa offerings including Botox, Lip & Face Fillers, Thermi Smooth, Kybella, and ThermiVA. Plus you can share the medspa discounts with friends and family.

How will payments for the membership work?

We will charge you up front for the 12 month membership. Payments can be made over the phone, via link from us through text or email, or in person in the office during normal business hours.

Can I still see Dr. Cornforth if I don't need or want a membership?

Absolutely! Until the practice has a peak number of members, Dr. Cornforth will still have the capacity to see you, but your wait times for an appointment could be further out in time or your appointment could be moved to prioritize the need of a member. We do our best to take care of everyone.

What if I pay for a membership, but have to leave town?

We can certainly reimburse you for the whole months remaining on your membership and discharge you from the practice.

If I get a membership, and then let it expire, will I still be able to continue seeing Dr. Cornforth?

It depends on the number of members the practice has at that point. The goal of the practice is to ensure that the total number of members aligns to Dr. Cornforth’s ability to devote the proper time to each. If at a point after your membership expires you want to see Dr. Cornforth, you may not be able to if her membership is full.

Can I share my membership with family or friends?

You can share the benefits of the Aesthetic (Medspa) credit with family and friends. Simply have the person you want to share your credit with schedule an appointment for the service they would like and have them reference you as the member. We do not however allow sharing of the Concierge (Gynecological) benefits either as a stand alone subscription or combined with Aesthetics.
